Q.

My baby is 11 month old n i have painful breastfeeding, there are cracks around the nipple.what to do.

A. as you are lactating mother this is common to have cracked nipples, sore and pain.. keep your nipples well moisturize.. you can use coconut oil.. to massage or apply ghee.. you can use Himalaya nipples soothing cream to treat the cracked nipples..
