RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes Water can be given to the child on daily basis also for drooling the best medicine that you can go ahead with is it going to be Boroline there is something that you can apply 3 to 4 times in a day it will help in healing up at faster than usual
