my baby is 10months old ...suddenly after waking up in the morning today i found so many heat rashes on her body ...yesterday night i didn't observed anything on her face and body ..is it common ?...suggest any cream or powder to apply on her body and face ?

yes ,it happens
or it could be allergic reaction to food
so please keep an eye on your child diet
avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now.
give simple food items like khichdi, rice, etc
keep your child well hydrated
avoid using any cosmetics
Choose Cotton clothes for your child
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or try cool pack on it.
