my baby is 10days old having small hard swelling in groin area which is turning pinkish yellow ,a small swelling between the buttocks ,small putules around the other side of leg ,I had applied Tbact cream ,should go to pediatrician for physical examination

In such case, you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. You should never give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor then only give any medicine.
