my baby is 10 months old and he is wearing diaper from 3 months old baby. whole day he will be on diaper only. ( I will be changing lit frequently whenever required) is it safe ? And from when can we start the pottty training?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Diaper rash usually results when there is irritation of skin or any infection or allergy. Most common cause of skin irritation there is when diaper is left for too long or the fecal matter in diaper rubs against the delicate skin. Prevention for this is most important where frequent changing of diaper is necessary along with a good company diaperjy. For treatment a good diaper rash cream is required like b4 nappy , rashfree cream and diaper free interval should be given. apply coconut oil and wash with luke warm water with no rubbing.

Hi Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
