Q.

my baby is 10 months old am feeding her 4 to 6 times a day bt suddenly my milk supply has stopped I can see only one drop of milk in my breast and one of my breast hurt if she tries to feed . can I get my milk supply back , what can I do for that .

A. feed more frequently for more production breast milk usually declines when you wean your child. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. It Would be a little doubtful because you know it’s very difficult to re-elected and resume the milk supply as it was previously but you can try having lactation capsules and also you should increase the amount of fibre intake hopefully that should help you and if required you can always take a guidance from a lactation doctor on this
