my baby is 10 months but his teeth are not come out. generally teeth comes after 6 to 8 months, why so happens

Hi don't worry.. babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth. so wait for some more time and meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Some babies develop their teeth as early as 6 months and some wait until their first birthday to get their very first tooth. It is perfectly normal. Please do not worry about it. If your baby does not get a single tooth by the time he or she is 18 months old, then there is a need to contact your doctor or a paediatric dentist.
