my baby is 10 months 4 days old and still no teeth is growing... please tell me what should I do

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because many tizmes the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also so if your persoznal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. Dhoondo anything a child and habits first teeth by the age of 18 months also on the higher side so wait till that time if you’re still see it’s not happening then in that case I would recommend you to have a consultation with your doctor but currently this is completely normal
