my baby is 10 month plus now. very lean and do not crawl . had low birth weight 2 .2 kg born early 8month plus delivered. giving orafer iron and vit d drops since 1 month . had heavy head circumference. wish to know how and when he will gain weight and crawl or stand .. suggest diet too for him. regards

A. if his head circumflex is more than normal fir his age. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. do daily massage to strengthen muscle..
