Hi , My baby girl is 10 month old . She is preterm baby of 31st week.. her birth weight was 1 kg and now she is 4 kg. I am giving her similac iq plus 2 from 2 month but she is not gaining weight last 7 month.. which formula milk is best for gaining weight. Is lactogen 2 good for gaining the weight?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes you may give lactogen and also others like specially formulated for preterm babies is Simlac neosure or aptamil , emafil etc also weaning foods can also be given to the baby in small quantities first
