due to iron deficiency as well as nutritional deficiency children place dirty things in tche oral cavity as well as they may lick soil or they may lick the walls.
they may place footwears in their oral cavity.
meet your cdoctor because iron supplements needs to be started and give food rich in iron

keep her Hydrated by giving her a spoon of water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds Higher than 350
give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
include more probiotics and seasonal fruits
