SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good evening Try to give different flavored food. Have a weekly plan that doesn't repeat any same taste. This is the first trick. Don't ever force feed baby. Try to use plates if your baby is getting older as they get scared seeing the same bowls or use different colored cups and bowls. Don't feed constantly over a stretch leave a break for five mins so they come back again. Feed at different places 10 mins here n 10 mins out this way it will relax their minds and yours too. Give few spoons of water in between feeds. Hope this will help. For Have spinach, jeera water, fennel, fenugreek, mothers horlicks is good for lactation, garlic pods You can have bread with milk, rice with milk, dry fish, mutton, carrot, oats, almonds, have plenty of water, the more you allow your baby to suck the more milk you can provide, you can also have lactare tablets which is very effective.
