Q.
4 month baby girl mother. Breast feeding mother now I noticed that my milk secretion getting decreases what may be the reason ? Solution?

it is caused by many reasons like poor latching, stress etc
so please offer plenty of feeds,the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this
stay stress free.
