I'm mother of 2yrs 2months baby. I stopped breast milk 2 months before and milk secretion also stopped. last month my daughter again cried for Breast feed at night times so I gave her.. last week only I noticed milk secretion.. how to stop milk secretion pls suggest any medicine .

I'm giving fruits,vegetables,spinach,egg,milk,nuts,dates and fish..regularly..i don't give chocolate, cake and junk food and outside food.. . but she wants breastmilk adamently at nights...

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
 Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items  like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is mtost common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamiyn with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. 
Diet counselling is also very important .
