my baby is 10 mnth old she after her vaccination she is not eating well not khichri,ots, Cerelac please anyone suggest me what I should do

Vaccination sometimes kids can be cranky so for that purpose if you want you can give paracetamol that will help in reducing the pain at the vaccination site you should keep ice cube or cold pack which will help in reducing swelling and pain and then you can apply Thermophob this will also help the time the child starts to feel better the child will have food right now for giving more of liquids maybe that would be comfortable for the child
