my baby is 1 yr years old he has fever 102.4 from tomorrow I gave him p100 1 ml 3 time but the fever is still not going. what should I do

Fever cannot be there every 5 to 6 hours but it usually subside within the time of 72 hours if it continues even after that time then in that case you have to go for further assistance so currently you should continue with the medicine every six hours for the child
