Q.

My baby is 1 yr 4 m old and her weight is only 8 kg. we tried everything but she just don't eat anything. she drinks only 100 -150 ml formula milk in whole day. what should I do?

A. Hi Mom, The ideal weight of one year four month old baby girl will be comes under 7.8-12.5 kgs. However, it varies depends on your child's birth weight. By one year, your child has to be triple by her birth weight. Feed more nutritious foods for healthy weight gain. Try different variety of solid foods. Introduce more new tastes to her. Add more iron rich foods into her diet. Make your child to drink sufficient amount of water. Offer foods small quantity more often instead of one big meal. Thank you.
