my baby is 1 year, usko week may 3-4 days gas ho jaati hai ....diet may usko morning may oats with banana/apple, lunch may khichdi moong dal ki and dinner may weat Raab.. fir bhi usko gas rehti hai.. please suggest me

A. Start adding hing while cooking meals and stop giving dal in night or rise if giving dial it for atleast two hours and give it a tadka with hing and give him saunf ka paani
