My baby is 1 year old will eat all food but not gaining weight what could be the reason?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Could be a deficiency of iron or multivitamin in the body they could be a little Subbarao check with the doctor and they can help me with a proper tonic that you can go ahead with giving to the child probably that’s going to be very helpful
