Q.

my baby is 1 year old.. she is having about 400-500 ml of cow's milk per day and she is having 3 main meals and a snacks. but everything she is taking only small portions. is that ok or should I give more solids and limit cow's milk. kindly guide

A. Hello dear parent! You and your baby are doing well with respect to diet. The maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml only. Continue to feed your baby as on your child’s demand. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. As long as your baby is active and healthy, reaching milestones and gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry.
