Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat and give her company in eating so that she learns to eat on her own and with a spoon and also sees you enjoying the foods cooked by you. Let her play with the meal and create a mess. This is how she will learn to touch, play and finally taste the food. Offer her favourite foods along with the new foods that you want to introduce in her diet. Show her stories about healthy eating and emphasise on importance of eating healthy food. Avoid distractions during meal times such as phones, tablets, laptops and TV. Give her food in colourful plates and you can also cut food into different shapes to attract her attention.
