my baby is 1 year old. from when can i start cow milk and dryfruits and what should be the quantity

A. Cow milk can be started in baby's diet after 1 year onwards as by then their immunity and digestive system adapt to new and outside foods. Dray fruits can be fed from 7-8 months onwards in small quantities. In 1 year, you should give almonds, raisins, walnut, dates and edible seeds either in their original form or powdered or over night soaked form. 2-3 pieces of each per day should be enough.
