#asktheexperts My son will be 1 year by 12 March when Can I start to feed dryfruits and how much quantity can I provide to my baby.

A. Dear mum, you can start giving dry fruits to your baby even before completion of 1 year. You can add 1 to 2 teaspoons of powdered nuts to your baby’s food. Start with almonds and later on add nuts like walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts.
