my baby is 1 year n 3 months...he has a pimple(funsi) in his hand..why is it so?.what should I do?

See if it is spreading on the body it could be due to some allergy infection but if it is only at one place it could probably be due to mosquito bite or child got hurt as without proper assessment it’s difficult to see what it could be so kindly get an assessment done with your doctor
