AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Apply himalaya calamine lotion on the face to get rid of the pimples. It will be fine in few days. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
