my baby is 1 year and 8 month old and he has a long white spot under ear on cheek first it was some little funsi type then it converted to white color now what to do please help

U Should get a check with your doctor because I think your child may be having some allergy or infection which is why this is happening without proper check up it would be very difficult to advise you with the correct thing so kindly consult your paediatrician please
