My baby is 1 year and 3 months old she is having some allergy issues like sneezing, rashes, and coughing sometimes for which we are giving her allergy syrup prescribed by Dr. I see she stays cranky mostly all day and always rubs her face. Please guide me on what could be the reason.

Teething could also be one of the reasons along with the allergy that your child is having because that also makes a child a lot cranky also I’d like to tell you due to some irritation into the nose constantly because of sneezing and also the child can be irritating but that’s completely normal
