Q.
My baby is 1 year and 1 month old. Hisbleft eye is having continuous water discharge after some time and whenever he wakes up fr his sleep there is a layer of something in his eye, what is that and how we can get rid of this water discharge ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. watery eyes are normal condition till 1 year of age.baby's tear duct may not have fully developed yet.
You can remove any sticky liquid or crusting by bathing her eye with cooled boiled water and cotton wool.consult eye specialist

It Could be due to some allergy or infection in the eye which is why this continues with water so I am going to advise you consult an eye specialist can you check as to what kind of an issue it is and accordingly they can advise you with the right eye drops that you should be using to get rid of it
