Q.
My baby is 1 year 7 months old. From last 1 weak he is not intaking his meals properly. What ever i make him eat he is refusing all the food now a days. Now i started giving him bites of chapati with curd or ketchup to eat by himself but from that food also he eats some bites and then start to play with the food. My very concern is regarding his diet that is he eating well as he has reduced his diet and not eating well. What should i do to get him back to eat properly??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. let him play with food, like this only they get habit of self eating. Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals.

Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution. If you are giving milk all the time than a boy doing it because it kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. You should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
