My baby is 1 year 10 months old. He is having fever from last 15 days. Fever mostly comes during evening time. I have consulted many different doctors. But he is not recovering. What will be the reason of fever? Please suggest what should i do?

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamcol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose dcan be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
