Q.

my baby is 1 year 1 month she has stopped taking her meals since from 1 n half month ...as last time she suffered from loose motion n fever after that she isn't eating 1 meal also properly I have tried alot by adding some mew recipes n all bt no use ..so my anty suggested cyphon drops !! is it safe to use ??and does it really work ?. please help me out

A. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and she has stopped eating all types of food items since last 45 days so mostly due to antibiotic use for loose motions and fever
