My baby is 1 month old. My breast milk flow is very low, what diet can i go for to increase it?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day.. lso have meethi seeds early in the morning.. also Increas the amount of garlic ginger, dairy products and green leaves vegetables. take care
