my baby is 1 month old he is developing tiny red bumps on his face and as soon as that 1 bump goes off another one comes on other side of face iam not using any product on him only the himalaya talc thats it

You should use calamine lotion on the face as of now that is going to be helpful in reducing down the problem it could be due to heat in the body but this is certainly going to be quite beneficial for you to use as of now going to give you good and favourable results
