Namaste Mom You can give 1 ml of colic aid syrup as such also take care of your diet and prefer to have easy to digest foods and also use hing water around the navel area in circular motion on baby apart from that you can have hing in your meals and also you can have jeera or ajwain or saunf water

Five drops it’s a standard amount of medicine that’s meant to be given for first six months and your child is having a good weight gain that only five can be given to the child as of now and then you can give maximum four times in the day if only needed
