My baby is 1 month old .. and I am not able to feed mother milk properly due to lack of milk secretion ... Please suggest how can I improve my milk and powdermilk is harmfull or not ...

A. see you can go fir milk enhancing medici or powder available in market ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
