my baby is 1 month and 25 days old ,I am feeling giddiness all the time, plz tell me what to do

A. you should continue your pre natal supplements as calcium and vitamin till three months after delivery.. it is important to take care of diet.. have healthy and balanced diet.. take rest.. you can ask help from your family members or husband.. take health supplements as mama protinex mother Horlicks..
