my baby is 1 month and 23 days old after breastfeeding I used pump but now I feel after use of breast pump next feed I have low milk. so can I continue use of breast pump or not? and please also tell me how I increase my milk supply

Breast pump is good to use is no problem in using breast pump maybe your body is not making enough milk which are you facing this issue so you should take Shatavari powder it’s a very good supplement which will help in boosting your lactation over the period
