Q.

my baby is 1 month 9 days if we talk she will not respond..to us..is their any problem..and she will not see also

A. your baby is too small to understand, upto 3 months baby don't react than after baby start reaction.... so no need to worry....

A. the child should understand as well as the child should listen what you are saying so if you feel that the child is not listening to you then kindly meet the doctor for assessment
