my baby is 1 month 8 days old. he will fart like an adult nad also while doing potty he will do fart more than potty. he will do potty 2 or 3 times a day. if he didn't do potty and fart, he will be very fussy and cries a lot. I'm giving him colicaid drops 0.5ml twice a day. also in his Tommy, bowel or intestine will make sound like adults. do i need to consult doctor for this.
