my baby is 1 month 8 day old she is pooping in liquid form and seedy with pressure and 20 times in a day .she is also not gaining weight ,what can i do?

A. Hi parent enterogermina probiotics drops two drops thrice a day can be given if motions are watery and frequent Mom should not take the food that causes gas and indigestion
