my baby is 1 month 11 days old. have gas ,fart,and vomiting problem .Dr prescribed lanzol 15 mg, colimax,flatuna drops,ondem syrup. is it safe to give these medicines?.lanzol tablet have any side effects and for what reason it is prescribed pls suggest?

A. it is quite natural that small babies will be having lot of gas I am eating milk it is generally the disappeared as the baby is growing in h unless the symptoms are heavy there is no need to use medicines
