my baby is 1 and half years old. from two days he passing motion loose and it smelling lot. shall i concern Dr or its normal???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
