My baby is 1.6yrs he got elergy on butt like pimples attached picture for reference. Recently diaper got torn and particles got sticked on butt that might be a cause?

No That’s not the reason excessive usage of diaper can be the reason for this kind of rash is that you are talking about C I am just only giving you guidance as per whatever you have mentioned in your question as I’m not able to see any attachment so you can apply Boroline anti septic cream regularly that is going to be helpful and please do not use diapers for the time being
