Q.

my baby is 1.5 years old, she got rashes in her genitals. I've been using daiper eash cream, but it is of no use,..the are is red and has rashes , it is itchy..pls suggest me a cream..also i used abbott rashfree cream, can you suggest any other...and also do you know how long these rashes be??

A. Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly wxhhich will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin Also maintain proper ghygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.
