my baby is 1.5 year her skin is dry what is the remedy for the skin smoothness

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. hi to cure dry skin problem, please keep your child hydrated as it help to keep skin well moisturized. give massage with coconut oil it will help to prevent dryness. avoid using soap while bathing your child as soap contains fillers ,it can cause dry skin. don't give bath for more than 10 minutes.
