my baby is 1.4 month he get repeatedly diarrhea im have been changed so many doctors whats shud I do he don't even have proper food

Stop feeding bottles as this is the main source of infection in stomach, also wash babies hands frequently. Babies they tend to put dirty things, dirty hands in mouth which also cause infection in stomach. Maintain hygiene. Keep ur surrounding clean to prevent diarrhoea.
Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby.
