My baby is 02 years old having 06 times loose stool and vomitting from today morning. what medication to be given.

A. Entrogermina plus a zinc supplement can be given to the child this is a probiotic the first one which can be given twice in a day and the other one is a zinc supplement can be given once in a day but you have to check with your doctor told me exactly what’s the reason behind it and what treatment would be more suit
