Q.
My baby iis 1 yr 5months old has cold and cough and also has a running nose.Can I give him sinarest AF if yes den how many drops.???

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. avoid self medication. common cold or seasonal flu is viral in origin. Know some remedies to relieve baby.
For nasal blockage give naso clear saline drops which should be put in nose 2 drops each.
Can give otrivin pediatric nasal drops 2- 3 drops each nose.
Can give indirect steam inhalation in which steam is just in surrounding of baby. It can help to remove mucus by coughing process.
Apply vicks vaporub over back and chest of baby
In case baby has abnormal breathing sounds so soon see a doctor as it needs auscultation and examination.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good evening Keep baby hydrated. Feed every few hours that is the best way to cure soon. Also add tulsi leaves to warm coconut oil and apply to baby's chest sole and back. Keep baby warm. Home remedies are good but it would take a longer time to recover. Babies cant bear for a long time. It's better to check with doctor once and you can treat with medicines and home remedies parallel.
