My baby i one month old n I’m not getting enough breast milk can I use lactose tablets for to increase milk production?is it safe to use

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go ford shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation. z

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Consult a lactation expert for advice. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
