A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and her head is too big and face looks very tiny so you should see if she has a megacephaly or hydrocephalus so consult with paediatrician

A. that is totally normal and gradually you will see that by one year of age the chest circumference and body will become more compared to head so this is a normal anatomy that you are seeing
